And... The Sweater

And here is Eric's sweater...well, the bits of it. The pen on the lower piece is to demonstrate what 350 stitches on size 7 circulars looks like... the cable will attach on the top of the lower piece on the back and front. I won't say the two-tone cable looks easier than it is, but once you get the hang of it it's not bad. And the fact that it looks kick-ass helps to motivate!! I'll probabally start the sleeves today (also on circulars) so I have something to distract me from the cable band. Unfortunatly, I did not make the ribbed band at the waist big enough so it's rolling like a truck driver. I'll have to frog the cast on and knit up some more ribbing. Oh well.
